Terms & Conditions

Modern School ERP — Effective Date: 28 April 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

By accessing https://www.pay.digitalprintsuvidha.com or any of its portals (Student, Parent, Teacher, Admin), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of all services provided by Modern School ERP.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
  • These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Modern School ERP
  • By registering or using our portal, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or a minor using the service under parental/guardian supervision
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their minor children's use of the portal
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using our services
2. User Accounts & Security
  • Login credentials are issued by the school administration and are personal and non-transferable
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
  • You must immediately notify the school at admin@school.com of any unauthorized use of your account
  • The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Multiple failed login attempts may result in temporary account lockout for security
  • Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the portal
3. Admission Policy
  • Admission is subject to seat availability, age criteria, and eligibility as per school norms
  • All information submitted in the admission form must be accurate, complete, and truthful
  • Submission of forged, falsified, or misleading documents will result in immediate cancellation of admission without refund
  • The school reserves the right to verify all submitted documents at any time
  • Admission confirmation is subject to document verification and fee payment
  • The school's decision on admission matters is final and binding
4. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Processing:

  • Online fee payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways including Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Paytm, and PhonePe
  • By making a payment, you authorize the school to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method
  • All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Keep your transaction ID / payment receipt for all future references

Failed Transactions:

  • If money is debited but payment status shows failed, it will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days by the payment gateway
  • Do not make duplicate payments — contact school office first

Refund Policy:

  • Admission fees are non-refundable once the admission process is completed
  • In case of duplicate payment, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school office within 30 days of payment
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment source only
For payment disputes, contact us at admin@school.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
5. WhatsApp & SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive the following communications:

  • OTP Messages: One-time passwords for login and verification (transactional)
  • Fee Reminders: Notifications about pending fees and payment confirmations
  • Academic Alerts: Exam schedules, results, attendance alerts
  • Important Notices: School announcements and emergency notifications

WhatsApp (Meta Business API):

  • Messages are sent via Meta's official WhatsApp Business API in compliance with WhatsApp Business Policy
  • Only approved message templates are used for notifications
  • You can opt out by replying STOP or contacting the school

SMS (TRAI DLT Compliant):

  • All SMS communications comply with TRAI's Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) regulations
  • Only DLT-registered templates are used for sending SMS
  • Sender ID is registered with telecom operators as per TRAI guidelines
  • To opt out of SMS, contact school administration
6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the portal or database
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
  • Uploading viruses, malware, or any malicious code
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction without written permission
  • Sharing, selling, or distributing other users' personal data
  • Impersonating school staff, teachers, or other students
  • Using the portal for any commercial purpose without written authorization
  • Attempting to manipulate marks, attendance, or any academic records
  • Posting offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
Violations may be reported to cybercrime authorities under the IT Act, 2000 and IPC.
7. Intellectual Property
  • All content on this portal — including text, images, logos, software code, and design — is the exclusive property of Modern School ERP
  • Student data, marksheets, ID cards, and certificates generated by this system are official school documents
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited
  • The school name, logo, and branding may not be used without written permission
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Modern School ERP shall not be liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, server issues, or force majeure
  • Data loss due to unforeseen technical failures (though we maintain regular backups)
  • Actions of third-party payment gateways or messaging services
  • Incorrect information submitted by users leading to processing errors
  • Internet connectivity issues on the user's end

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the fee amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the school's district
  • We encourage resolving disputes amicably — contact us first at admin@school.com
  • For consumer disputes, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Forum
10. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
  • Significant changes will be notified via school notice board and email
  • Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
  • It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically
